網上購買條款 / Online Purchasing Terms & Conditions
1. 課程報名一經確認，即無法更改至其他課程或取消，所有已繳付之費用概不退還。
Once course enrollment is confirmed, it cannot be changed to another course or cancelled. All fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
2. 學員如缺席課堂，將視作自動放棄論。已繳交之學費及預備之材料恕不退還，亦不可轉讀其他課程。
If a customer is absent from class, it will be treated as an automatic forfeiture. Paid tuition fees and ingredients will not be refunded, and transferring to another course will not be permitted.
3. 病假安排：學員須提供有效醫生證明文件（醫生紙）並繳付 HK$110 調堂行政費，方可申請更改至一個月內其他同等價值的課堂。
Sick Leave Arrangement: Please provide a valid medical certificate and a HK$110 rescheduling fee to transfer to another equivalent class within one month.
4. 請於開課前 10 分鐘到達本中心，並出示電郵確認通知書以核對身份。除已登記並核實身份之學員外，其他人士一律不得進入課室。
Customers should arrive at the centre 10 minutes before the class begins and present the email confirmation for identity verification. No individuals other than verified customers are allowed to enter the classroom.
5. 為免影響其他學員上課，遲到超過 20 分鐘者，本中心有權拒絕該學員進入課室。
To avoid disrupting other classmates, the centre reserves the right to refuse entry to any student who is late for more than 20 minutes.
6. 如有任何爭議，FoodPLUS 保留最終決定權。
In case of any disputes, the final decision of FoodPLUS shall prevail.
